Review: We have a Tyrannosaurus - As a huge Jurassic Park fan since I was a kid, the T-Rex was one of those must-have pieces, and I have no regrets. As one of the most iconic species of all time, Mattel gave it their all with this colossal figure, with a great sculpting job, beautiful paint finishes and great articulation that makes it a pretty dynamic figure and ideal for posing in display and photographs, totally worth it, especially at the fabulous price at which I managed to get it. If I only had to highlight one not so nice detail, it would be that huge clown foot, which breaks a little the aesthetics of the figure. While it is understandable since it belongs to the first wave of the collection and its first designs, I see it as a big problem for more demanding collectors and I don't think it will age very well when other figures of the same scale arrive. However, the playability it offers makes up for the above. So, it's a great figure that every Jurassic Park fan should have in their collection, even more so if you get the chance to see it again at a discount. You won't regret it.

As a huge Jurassic Park fan since I was a kid, the T-Rex was one of those must-have pieces, and I have no regrets. As one of the most iconic species of all time, Mattel gave it their all with this colossal figure, with a great sculpting job, beautiful paint finishes and great articulation that makes it a pretty dynamic figure and ideal for posing in display and photographs, totally worth it, especially at the fabulous price at which I managed to get it. If I only had to highlight one not so nice detail, it would be that huge clown foot, which breaks a little the aesthetics of the figure. While it is understandable since it belongs to the first wave of the collection and its first designs, I see it as a big problem for more demanding collectors and I don't think it will age very well when other figures of the same scale arrive.
