I ordered two weeks ago and used the blue one (beginner) daily. I started with about 20 minutes a day and built up to over 1 hour a day. I still have the first bite-strips and they are still in good shape. I guess they will last for another month or even longer. Really good quality. Today I switched to the intermediate one and it's way tougher. Feels perfect for the next level :) Thank you so much for these great jaw trainers :)

Those are very good quality and packaging, easy to use helps to have more flexibility in your jaws don’t know about shopping your face Wish they come a bit stronger as for men are to soft special the beginner, maybe a bit larger would increase the jaws opening. They definitely work and relax your jaws bites
