I rarely write a review for any supplements - in fact I have never - but I firmly believe this supplement has been the foundation of feeling more energised, mood balanced, better rested and allowed for a successful breastfeeding journey this time around. I have recently ran out (now buying more) after taking these supplements for around 6 months and have found myself feeling totally knackered all day (as per my previous state), getting more snappy with people, hands shaking, wanting to snack on unhealthy foods and very bloated compared with when I was taking these. Will be back on these for the foreseeable as they are the only supplements I’ve ever taken where I’ve felt and seen such a massive positive effect.

A great product with easy to swall capsules without any after taste. Within two weeks can see definite improvement in overall mood & appearance of skin. Less desire to snack inbetween meals which is useful. For a month supply if the benefits of counteracting PCOS really come to fruition it will be good value for money.

Look, I’m not saying that this product is a miracle cure or anything for losing weight with PCOS. I have PCOS, and I’ve been taking it for 6 months now, so I thought I’d share my experience. This is now my 3rd pack of this that I’m currently taking, I take 2 per day as recommended (one morning, one before dinner) and I’ve taken this consistently since the beginning of March. So far, I’m down almost 20kg with actually minimal lifestyle change. The first 5 months of taking it, I wasn’t trying particularly hard to lose weight, I just wanted something that would curb my sugar cravings even slightly, as I would end up binging on sweet treats later at night, and that obviously led to quite a bit of weight gain over time which was pretty stubborn. I’ve tried several diets etc before, and every type of exercise you could think of, and I’ve always been stuck around the same weight regardless because I couldn’t control cravings at all. I would be going to bed with my stomach rumbling and still be static. The main differences I’ve noticed with this is that my cravings are gone, for a start, and I’ve been actually able to stick with a calorie deficit without too much thought into it - most days I’m actually under my planned intake without even realising, because I genuinely just don’t feel hungry once I’ve eaten. I’m not craving a sweet treat, I’m not ordering a takeaway because I’m craving something. The only other thing I’ve changed is that I’m going on more walks, probably because I actually have the energy to do it now. Overall, 10/10 recommend for us PCOS girls, I’m not saying it’s effective for everyone - I’m one person. It has made a big difference for me though.

The capsules are a bit on the larger side, so on some mornings they’re not the most pleasant to swallow. And the effects aren’t immediate — it took me a good couple of weeks of consistent daily use before I saw any real changes. I also experienced very slight bloating on a few days, though it went away quickly. Still, if you want a simple, effective way to add myo-inositol to your wellness routine without mixing powders or dealing with flavors, these capsules are a great choice. Just have a little patience, and they do their job.

I don't have PCOS but I have endometriosis so I thought I would give this a try. I can say my periods are a lot lighter and more comfortable and it is suitable for conception too when trying for baby.
