As soon as I started taking these Vogel ones, I have been able to stop my other prescribed allergy medicines and I am hardly suffering at all - just a little in the morning before I take the dose and it kicks it. I’m also not even taking the maximum dose - just morning and evening. I am so impressed with these- they’ve really worked for me, I know it’s not working for everyone. It's a hassle taking 2 tablets 3x a day before meals but they work very well during the night/early morning too. I would suggest only taking with a full proper meal. I had them before cereal and I felt drowsy, weak, dehydrated and had loose bowel movements till I had a substantial meal.
