rarely chimes even in strong winds
I liked the look of this bell's satin finish and shape, unfortunately it makes almost no sound even if a strong wind is blowing. So why would I purchase a bell if it doesn't make a sound ? I wouldn't if knew this fact before I presses buy. Take my advice don't buy these bells, its a waste of $ !
