Love that it wipes off any makeup or dirt on my face! Be careful to use warm water while washing it off, otherwise it won’t come off properly and the balm would n it rinse off if you wash with cold water! Skin feels cleaner and softer. I wait to use it everytime. And it will go on for a long time as very less product is needed for cleaning!

Purchased in March 2024 and finished in October 2024. This is the first cleansing balm I purchased and tested. What can I say? It was an amazing lifesaver when I wanted to take off my makeup! I have combination skin and sensitive eyes, yet this has not upset me at all! Highly recommended! However, if I had to point out one flaw, it would be that the container could use a proper place to hold the spatula. (There's a thin, but solid transparent plastic once you open the container which I use to place the spatula after each time I used the balm however, one day I accidentally dropped the plastic into the toilet and let's just say I never used it again, of course). After that, I just had to put the spatula directly in with the balm (I wash the spatula everytime before putting it back in). Joseon Beauty, please consider upgrading the container for this reason. Thank you.

Cleares the skin well after make up (but doesn't replace the initial step with traditional make up remover with cotton pad), but skin looks dull and gets super dry. No radiance whatsoever.

I still prefer Elemis balm but this is more budget friendly, no smell, you need only tiny bit of product so goes a long way

数年間ボディショップのカモミールクレンジングを肌がモチモチになるので使っていましたが度重なる値上げで他のものも試したくてUVクリームとクリームでリピしているこちらにしました。洗ったあとのモチモチ感はボディショップ程ではありませんが、小鼻の汚れの一掃具合と肌には優しそうな感じが気に入りました。お手頃価格なので次からこちらをリピしようかなと思っています

I’ve been using this product for a month now and I LOVE it! 1. A little goes a long way, as with all Beauty of Joseon products. I love them all by the way. 2. Very nice and smooth going on my face. I look forward to using it almost everyday. I switch up with the Joseon Green Plum Refreshing Cleanser but I like this cleansing balm better. It feels like I’m rubbing luxury on my skin. Face and neck. 3. I do not wear makeup. This is not just for makeup removal! I use it to clean my face and I do not have to follow up with a face wash. This works fine on its own. 4. This is the only cleansing product that shrinks the strawberry pores on my nose! Beauty of Joseon Red Bean Refreshing Pore Mask also works but it’s not a cleanser and I do not use it everyday like this cleansing balm. 5. It goes on like an oily cream but rinses off like water. That doesn’t make sense does it? I’m trying to say it’s not a messy and it rinses right off easily! 6. My face feels so smooth and hydrated when I’m finished! Of course I still follow up with my moisturizers (mixsoon and castor oil), but it doesn’t leave my face ridiculously dry like some other products. 7. Scent free I hope you have a great experience like mine.

Lovely cleansing balm. Very silky on the face. Cleans well. Not much needed to do the job. I love it!

Usato questa sera per la prima volta e devo dire che sulla mia pelle delicatissima fa un OTTIMO lavoro. Non mi trucco molto a parte il mascara, ma strucca molto velocemente, deterge a fondo e delicatamente la pelle lasciandola morbidissima. Beauty of Joseon è per me una nuova scoperta, un brand coreano di alta qualità. Il produttore inoltre è stato molto disponibile rispondendo alle mie domande sui loro prodotti. Piacevolmente colpita e straconsiglio i loro prodotti.
