Nice, distinct, medium coffee. We like it.

It tastes really good and doesn't have so much caffeine that I'm anxious after drinking it.

Taste wasn’t to our liking. Very tart taste and we like a deeper roast.

This Rex Organic coffee is listed as Medium Roast and I found it on the lighter side of medium but I think they have accurately labeled the coffee as I don't believe it would quality as a light roast. The brewed coffee has an easy to drink smooth flavor; I picked up on the listed cinnamon aroma more than the orange zest. Overall, this is a nice coffee without any bitterness. In general, I find coffee to be expensive but this coffee is listed at a competitive price when compared with other coffees of this quality.

I was pleasantly surprised with this whole bean coffee. It has all the metrics that I like, single origin, organic, medium roast and whole bran. It is a perfect medium roast, and well suited for anytime of the day. I will certainly be getting this again, very happy with this.

Rex Coffee is roasted on site of the Clabber Girl Corporation headquarters in Terre Haute, IN. Working upstairs in the building makes drinking REX Coffee easy, but it's the coffee of choice at our house. The café downstairs always has Regular, Decaf, Double X and then a fourth coffee that rotates. I ALWAYS have the fourth was as they are usually my favorite. This light roast Columbia is no exception to that. It's one of my favorites of them all!

I have been drinking Rex coffee for years now and I am very happy that it is available through Amazon. I do not like coffee that is too bold and I often get that from a Starbucks or Dunn Bros, even with a medium roast. Rex is roasted perfectly and it is made in small batches which ensures that it is consistent.
