This rain stick is beautifully made; sturdy, smooth and pretty. I bought it for my classroom of 1 year olds and it’s held up so far through banging, dropping, drool and more. I gave the product 4 stars because I do wish that it made a little more noise, but it’s short so I guess there’s only so much you can put in it. I also deducted because the bar code sticker that was put on it has left a residue that I can’t seem to remove & makes the stick tacky right where you hold it.

Looks just like the picture. Perfect to use as a talking stick, which is what I bought it for. It’s too short to make the rain sound for very long, but it does for a short time. I read in a couple reviews that it either had nails sticking out OR that the end came unglued and beads fell out. Mine has NO nails in it, it’s very smooth. Also, the end piece seems to be solidly glued, so I don’t think that will be a problem either.

I purchased this for my son as a Christmas gift , he is on the autism spectrum and tends to love anything u can shake or rattle. When we got this out of the pack it was legit so loud that he covered his ears! Most rain sticks are very calming and soft. This one was not . It’s also very round which makes it hard to hold for little hands . Otherwise it looked to be made well for the price .

I purchased the rain stick and was excited for it to arrive. I purchased this for my grandchildren to use as I wanted to expand their music collection. Unfortunately, when this item arrived, and I opened the package, the quality was extremely poor. When you put the stick in your hand, you can actually get splinters off of the wood. There are fine fibers that are sticking out instead of it being smooth. This is not great for adults or children. Then, when I return the item instead of giving me the full refund, they are charging me a restocking fee for the item and only refunding me the tax that I paid. This is not Amazon. This is a fraud.

Works great. You don't have to go slow to get the sound as some have said. Great product. This is one of those where I laugh imagining how the negative reviewers are using this product. It is so simple. What are they doing?

Exactly what I wanted. I bought it for my three year old nephew so I was just a little disappointed because it had a few sharp edges and uncovered nails hanging out. Other than that this was exactly what I wanted. He will just have to wait until he gets a little older to play with it!
