I had bariatric surgery in 2011. The post bariatric surgery vitamins were so gross, I started looking for some other options. I was a little anxious about replacing my bariatric vitamins with this one. By the end of the 30 day detox, my nails had grown a lot stronger and longer and my hair had improved significantly. The only time that has ever happened before was when I was taking prenatal vitamins. After the 30 day detox, I continued to take this vitamin. At one point I had run out and substitute it out with another vitamin that is also supposed to be really good. I felt a significant shift in my energy levels and actually ended up getting some vertigo due to my vitamin B12 being low. As soon as I started taking the supplement again, it all went away. I'm not sure whether to attribute that to the amount of vitamin B 12 in the vitamin or the absorption rate. Apparently this is to the company itself. I can also sense the ingesting of the antioxidant vitamin E. Not currently available, but some their similar less costly vitamin blends may equal or exceed it. Briefly stated you must try it to find out.
