If you look closely, you can see there are 4, it's just that they're not aligned so one of them is kind of hidden. If you only get 3 in your package you should return it or request a partial refund because it's a 4 pack and that's what we got. **Q: Are these better than the Fusion5 blades?** A: Never used the Fusion 5, but these are the only ones my hubby likes.
