I use these gloves for weight training. They fit perfectly on my hands without slipping when my hands get sweaty. They have ample padding on the palms to protect your hands from blisters and also make it more comfortable when lifting heavy weights. The pads also have a nice grip that help prevent the bar from slipping. My favorite feature about these gloves are the adjustable wrist wraps. My old gloves didn’t have wrist wraps and my wrists would always get strained when using free weights for long periods of time. The wraps completely eliminate any strain and promote good form when lifting free weights especially. The material is quality, breathable, and I expect them to last a long time. These are by far the best weight training gloves I have ever owned.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Gloves!

I have no less than 5 pairs of lifting gloves, and these are by far my favorite. When I started weight lifting, I just used my cycling gloves. It didn't take long to wear holes in them from the rough surface of my dumbbells. Since then, I purchase multiple pairs of standard lifting gloves and have mostly been happy with them. My most recent pair, however, WILL NOT stay closed. The Velcro constantly pops open. I have also started to feel strain in my wrists when doing bench press and barbell curls. So, when searching for a new pair, I looked for wrist support. This pair fits the bill perfectly. They are soft and breathable, with sticky grip on the palm. The fingers come up almost to my first knuckles, which is great. The wrist support straps wrap all the way around my wrists. I have large hands for a woman and in woman's gloves I usually buy a large, but I went with the sizing chart provided and ordered a medium. They fit perfectly.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ New School for Old School

My old school Marcy lifting gloves with leather palms had seen better days and it was time to replace them. I searched high and low, and read every review looking for the "perfect" lifting gloves. What I discovered upon reading countless reviews is that choosing lifting gloves is a total crap-shoot. Ultimately I decided on and bought these gloves solely to use while doing dead-lifts. The gloves are well padded in the palm and to the first knuckle of each finger (from the palm). Additionally, the dimples/bumps on the gripping surface provide for a sure grip. I don't use the gloves daily, but they appear to be holding up well.My two complaints are that the gloves are difficult to remove (this can be expected for tight fitting gloves), and that the finger portion of the gloves could be bit longer. However, having read horrible reviews out there for other gloves, these complaints could really just be considered personal preference. I would definitely recommend these gloves.
