This TENS MACHINE is very slim easy to use, with TIMER( to prevent Over use) very effective for minor muscle pain, knee and elbow joint pain after tennis or shovel heavy snow in Alberta.The build in Li-ion battery last for about 20 hours after 1 fully charge.Those sticky pads are VERY IMPORTANT for effective MAX. T.E.N.S. FUNCTION. SO MUST NEED TO KEEP CLEAN FROM SKIN OIL AND DEAD SKIN DEBRIS sticking on it. YOU Must stick on the skin in proper location before you can adjust the + intensity button. This is a Very Nice safety feature.The battery icon status indicator FAIL , but the customer service of this Co. reply my email Immediately in a few hours then send me another NEW ONE within 2 days.Another downside is this build in Li-ion battery cannot be changed by yourself, this Co. Manufacturer said will send you another New machine if battery dead within 3 years warranty.But most rechargeable batteries start weaker in holding charge also will drop the capacity after recharge 500+ times then dropping more and more after 5 years.Unable to review the battery capacity until I use this machine for 5 years. Because it is new it shows perfect power now.

I've purchased this TENS machine for the purpose of pain management during my labour. There are a lot of different settings to choose from and I was able to find a setting that worked well for me. I did use this during my labour in the early stages of contractions to lessen the discomfort. I also continued using it when I had the epidural to continue feeling sensation in my lower part of my body. I have used it a couple times on my shoulders and upper back to help release muscle tensions. I would recommend this product.

I bought this out of desperation for pain relief! I get massive headaches from tension in my neck and shoulders that takes me out for 1-2 days at a time. I purchased this little thing, which came fully charged put the pads on and turn it on. Surprisingly so far it has kept those headaches at bay. When I start to feel the onset I apply them again. I have used it probably 10 times and I still haven’t had to charge it:) I was a little confused at first on how to work it. It comes with an instruction book. A very tiny one with tiny words lol. So with a few trial and errors I managed to figure it out. I love it and would buy it again!

Works great, but beware….it can get strong. Never really painful when it is strong just that the muscles get tired like a ful exercise. So go slow with it.
