The glasses are super cool and nice to drink out of and the company really cares about it's customers. The first one I received had one glass broken because amazon shipped it with this other big bulky item I ordered instead of boxing them separately. When I contacted the seller they responded almost immediately and wanted to ship me out a new one to make sure I was happy and got what I ordered. Amazon ended up making it right and shipping out a new one properly packaged and quickly for me to make sure I could still give it as a gift on time. I was very impressed with their customer service and would order from them again anytime.
