Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was looking for a creative gift for a 9 year old. My family sponsored a family for Christmas and this was one of the gifts the child requested. The little girl enjoyed making a bracelet as soon as she opened the gift! Her mother sent me a picture of the finished project. The product does not require parent participation for older children but does allow for a fun project to spend quality time together. The quality was good for the price. I would purchase again.

It is in a small little package and sealed, the box is cute! But just keep in mind this is more of a stocking stuffer, not really a gift by itself. But very cute and great quality nonetheless. Definitely fun for making cute bracelets with bigger beads.

I bought this for a 9 year old who loves jewelry making. I had some metal beads not included in the kit so she could make charm bracelets and medalions on necklaces. There was so much more in the box than I thought there would be. I bought this on sale and was pleasantly surprised at the variety of things inside to make different kinds of jewelry. Definitely a good kit for a crafty kid who is interested in jewelry making.....or just stringing beads. My granddaughter loved it. I now have a colorful selection of necklaces and bracelets to wear.
