**Q: Can it work with casting bronze?**
A: Yes.  It will work fine with bronze jewelry.  I don't know about larger scale.

**Q: Can it work with casting pewter?**
A: I think so.  I have been burning it out to 1700 deg. and casting gold and silver.

**Q: Can this be used in a microwave kiln?**
A: No

Even though expensive, I like the five pound, heavy,heat sealed, zip lock bags. They allow me to store it without it absorbing moisture as I don't cast as often these days. The investment worked great! Nice bright silver castings using at least 50% fresh metal and flux with a neutral or reducing flame when casting.
