These were a great price so I decided to give them a try. I'm very glad I did! The taste and texture are a 10/10. I take one before bed and I can feel it working within 30 minutes. I fall asleep easily and wake up refreshed. I highly recommend these if you have trouble falling asleep

These work very well and were more effective than previous capsules that were tried. Pleasant taste, and take effect about 1/2 hr before bedtime. Very pleased with this product.

Taste is amazing. It takes about 30mins to work in. When you wake it’s with a clear mind no headache or lazy feeling. Going back to sleep after waken isn’t even a problem. Idk what it is but it makes me feel so clear and refreshed when I wake.

I’m a repeat buyer, and the reason I keep purchasing this product is because it works. Helps me get to sleep, and I’ve also taken it at times when I’ve woken up and been unable to go back to sleep. Has a pleasant taste and I don’t feel hung over or sluggish in the morning. With my last purchase, I did notice that the formula seems to have changed, even though the labels on the old and new containers are the same. In the pictures, the old product is on the left and the new product is on the right.

These melatonin gummies taste good. I found though that sometimes they worked just okay and then the next time they didn't work and I need to chew another gummy. This tells me that there is inconsistency in how these are regulated with how much melatonin you truly get in each gummy. I personally would not buy these again due to inconsistency of effectiveness and I don't need that added sugar either. I'll stick with another brand that has gel caplets and consistent with effectiveness.

Despite a impressive list of ingredients the effectiveness is NOT at all good. Works worse than 3mg melatonin tablets do for me.Its also slow to take effect despite being a gelcap which are supposed to rapidly dissolve and work faster than tablets.A big turn off as well is that the odor and flavor of these things is quite bad. I don't expect them to smell or taste good either. But its weirdly bad with these. Almost like something rotten.Note that these are sold as a "food" and not a medicine so there are no standards to meet for efficacy or for the chemical content of the pills. They just test to meet food and NOT drug standards. So its quite possible I got a bum bottle BUT all 3 bottles were the same so I don't see a reason to be optimistic here.Strongly not recommended.
