Best pants I ever owned
These have always been the best pair of pants on the market, let me elaborate ... I work 7 to 4 around alumabrite which has sulfuric acid that of course needs diluted, I work with my knees on the pavement, I walk miles a day, and these pants dont, rip, tear, they're strong......I used to be buying jeans every couple of months because the cement would tear a hole in the knee, the walking would wear them out, or the alumabrite would burn multiple holes in them, I had one pair that got caught on a corner (jeans) and the whole side just ripped off at work...haha I had to patch it together with welding wire...I also though carhart was an extremely tough and durable pant so I bought 3 pairs of their best work pants...the first day I got a little bit of mist from alumabrite on them and in 5 minutes kneeled down and realized a huge hole in the back just tore off like it was paper... so in my opinion with having these dickies pants for 1 year now...I still have the same 3 pair I bought a year ago without any rips, holes, or tears...dickies has done an outstanding job against jeans and carhart

Size wayyyyy off
These are great pants but the sizes are INSANELY OFF. I'm a 38 at worst but in most pants I'm a 36 at the moment. I ordered 38, 40, waist and they weren't even close. I had to order 42 and even those were snug. On the plus side it inspired me to diet. Lol

Good material but waist size varied in each pair REMOVED TAGS WITH SEWING "RIPPER" TOOL
I ordered three types with two pair each of the Loose Fit and Regular Fit and 874 Flex all in size 34-inch waist. All of these were made in Honduras but apparently, they stopped making these undersized. I measured each of these six paints waists to be 36.75" and 36.25" and 35.75" and 35.50" and 35.00" and 34.5". As it turned out it was good for me because I had just gained over 3 kilos before they arrived and the 36.75" happened to fit perfect. Now I am down to the 35.75" waist size as I lose weight. They do shrink a bit after washing so I was able to stretch the waist while still wet and hanging over night. I was able to stretch them back again using two steel door hangers and tightening them between two lengths of clothes line (being careful not to tear the pants hooks out by pulling too tight). I did this after I washed them and gained an extra 1/2 inch in the waist. The belt loops on the Loose-Fit and Regular-Fit were too small for my 1 and 5/8" wide belts so I had to buy new belts for them at 1.5" wide and these were still a tight fit. Only the 874 Flex had ample room for my 1 and 5/8" wide belts. The length was correct on all six pairs and three styles of pants. The 874 Flex looks like a nice dress slack while the Loose-Fit and Regular-Fit are more comfortable but not excessively baggy. They are all made of good material that softens when washed and seem to be durable. Also, I removed all of the obnoxious “Dickies” tags while the pants were still new so they would not leave a dark-spot of unfaded material behind them. I used a sewing “ripper” tool with which I was able to pry under the edge of the tags. The inner hook has a sharpened edge to sever the threads that hold the tag on the pants. Thus, I was about to remove the tags without any damage to the pant material.

Good quality
I work 12 hour shifts in a plastics factory where these pants get filthy with oils, dirt, grime, etc. They constantly rub against work tables and other rough surfaces. They have held up very well, and they seems to release dirt and oil somewhat easily when washed. I like the extra pocket in the pant leg, and I also like the double knee.

Durable, comfortable, affordable. A great product.
Bought a pair of these after yet another set of budget department store jeans failed on me. Although I wasn't expecting much at first, I must admit that, over the months, these pants have proven themselves a excellent part of my utility wardrobe.Fabric is tough, but not heavy, riding light on the legs while affording great range of movement. Very comfortable in both cold and hot weather conditions. Thus far, I've not had not a single seam or fabric failure, despite several months of consistent rough use.If you're in the market for a tough set of work pants, or just something built to last, definitely give these a shot. They've been more than worth my money, and I'm willing to bet they'd work great for you too.

"Dickies" knows what they are doing.
Having purchased these in the past at a retail location where they could be tried on, I knew what I was getting. Great fit in the hips, thighs and rear end, a little loose in the waist, but a belt takes care of that. They are sold/described as men's pants, but they are perfect for my work pants needs and I'm female. They wash and wear very well, with usually no need to press/iron. The extra pocket on the right thigh is a big factor in why I return to these pants time and time again. I don't need the double knee feature, but this seems to be the only style with the extra pocket. I am very happy with these pants.

These are sturdy pants, but the cut doesn't work for me.
The waist fits, but the cut doesn't quite work for me. These pants are made for people who are made like lumber and the side pockets are terrible. These pants don't have enough room for my front junk and my trunk junk at the same time.

Tight Waist
These are good work pants. The cut is terrific everywhere but the waist--good freedom of motion in the crotch and legs. But the waist (34 in my case) is weirdly tight. I may try going up a size in the waist, but I am concerned that if I do, the crotch and legs will be swimmy.

Take note leg length differs from UK sizes
Great relatively smart but durable work pants. Side pocket is good for mask.First pair I bought in my usual UK size - 32" waist, x 32" leg. But the legs were too long and I had to shorten them.I think maybe with uk sizes the trouser leg only goes to the ankle of a person with a 32" leg (so less than 32"), and with US sizes the trouser leg itself is literally 32".This time I ordered 32" waist 30" leg and it fits perfectly.

Fits really small
Had to return these. I bought my husband a size larger than he normally wears and they were still too small. I wanted to exchange them but when I tried they were twice the price. He was going to ruin them painting so I was not paying double for them.

Fitting
I bought 2 pairs of 32x30 but it fits as 30x30. To compare I bought another pair of pants form another brand and it fits fine. I even took a measuring tape and measure the dickies and indeed is 30x30 with labels 32x30
