I use this everyday as a therapist go safely lock and store my recordings. I have used it for more than a month now and have a small lock that I use on it. Am confident that it is protecting my little recorder.

Hard shell protects products well. Everything fits in.... recorder, charger, and transfer cord, and remains secured.

It is well made and functional with handy features not normally included. (A metal clasp to hook on whatever, netted section for recorder so when you open it the recorder will not accidentally fall out, etc.) Overall, it is a good deal. No doubt.

This fits my Sony UX560 voice recorder perfectly. I did have to cut ( to loosen a little ) the nylon netting inside some ( 1/4 cut total ) at the very top on one end, which now allows me to slide the recorder underneath it, so now the recorder is totally secured from falling out even if the case is wide open while facing downward. I'm so glad that I bought this to protect my new recorder. Some said that they got a flimsy foam case with theirs, but my did not come with one, and even if it did, I wouldn't have used it. That foam case would only protect it from dust, but would do next to nothing for drops.
