I wear on-ear headphones for most of the flight and am petite, so my neck is shorter. I sit near the window. It's not perfect, but it's a good alternative neck pillow. Pros: - Adjustability works for different positioning. I used it against the wall, twisted around my neck so I could sleep on each side, and also the raised edges move around easily for my on-ear headphones. - Fleece is soft and cozy, good for cold flights - Easy enough to put in the packing case, which has two hook straps that I used on my bag. - Smaller edges are good for smaller adults like me (< 5'3) because they fit my neck better Cons: - Material: The fleece is *not* great if you overheat or are on a hot flight. Unfortunately on long flights (6+ hours) sometimes I get dehydrated and overheat, and the pillow was really uncomfortable for that. This is the biggest issue I have - if they offer in a different material it would 100% be worth it. - Case: I wish the packing case was a more durable material. It's made out of the same fleece as the pillow which doesn't feel as protective or clean if it's outside your bag, and I wish it was more compressive in the case.
