Unger Steel 3.5 - 6 Foot Telescopic Pole with Universal Thread Cone

Bought this in November 2020. Used this extension pole to wash outside windows and it worked great through summer of 2021. We never used it after October of 2021. This spring (April 2022) we were going to wash windows with it and it would not extend. We called the manufacturer (their phone number was on the pole) to see if they had any ideas to help us extend it. They responded by sending us a new one at no charge. We received it in one week thanks to Lou in customer service. Next time we use it we will leave it fully extended and let it dry completely before storing it.

This appeared to be a nice product. We bought it hoping it would work to open our Velux skylights. However the end was round and we needed a hook so it didn’t work. Had to send it back and order something else.

I was shocked at the heft of this pole. It is made extremely well and definitely worth the price. I’ve come across piles of the same quality that are 4x more expensive. Fantastic value. We bought several different brand attachments for this pole and they all worked, it is universal as advertised. I’m very pleased with this product.

Easy to use. Only used once. A little over priced. Didn’t really need extension aspect but cannot seem to find one without. Did it’s job.

This item is absolutely useless, firstly the “frequently purchased together” attachment isn’t for this pole and secondly the locking system doesn’t work at all. No matter how much I turn the poles and in either direction they do not lock in the extended position. An absolute waste of money.

The poles are metal and don’t break. The weakness is the plastic thread where the pole screws into the brush. The plastic screw head snaps off in the brush and you are left with a useless pole.

It is plastic on the end where the brush threads in. It broke there.

I do cleaning so this helps me carry less stuff with me. I used it for with flat mops, squeegee, and with dust head for tall places. Really useful
