I worry often about breath, and about if my gums are doing ok. When I use this, it's strong but it's not burning - it just clearly seems to be formulated well. It's like Confident Mouthwash whereas Crest is Bravado Mouthwash. Idk how else to explain that. But taking care of your oral hygiene genuinely affects how your body behaves too. So I've had a little more energy, and less head fog? I know this has dislodged plaque a couple times. Idk, but I'll be getting this monthly for sure. It's nice to finally find you "thing" in various daily items.
