This is the absolute worst design. The syringe is 10ml, which is insane for an infant / toddler dosing… it comes with a tube that’s about 5” long, and the nipple itself is completely hollow; for a 1ml dose which is common for under 4 yrs (e.g., infant Tylenol), the entire 1 ml basically is left in the tube and fills the syringe. We had a pacidose which had a tube thru design not just a hollow pacifier. Don’t waste your money (on this junk and the wasted medication as a result.)
