Not extremely larger woman friendly
I will write a review for all those plus size ladies that have trouble finding scrubs that fit. What I mean in a fit, meaning length, fit around the waist, thick thighs, rump. I am large all over. I have somewhat of a curve in my waist, but that is a problem area for me in the lower middle. I have wide rump, thick thighs, short torso and am 5'6". I am losing weight and just getting into a size 24w jeans from Torrid and Lane Bryant. The size 4x was too big all over. The size 3x in this Cherokee Core Stretch was better and did fit, HOWEVER, the thighs were a tad snug, and the rump area was a tad snug, the waist has stretch, but fit at the lower waist. If you need to do plenty of bending and lifting, be sure to wear an undergarment because these will show your back side, especially if you have a high booty crack like some people do. Even in the size 4x, it had the same issue. Low hipster type pants, NOT meant for larger, rounder in the middle people. The length of the pant was very long. These just about covered my feet up. Tends to be with all the scrubs. I would have had to hem these up at least 3". The tie in the front does help a little, over the course of the day, I can see it getting loose. It is not a stretch tie and the waist is not not an extreme stretch, nor is it wide, probably, about a 1/2" stretch waist band. The bottom near the hem does not have the ties. Not sure why these are called core stretch. They are not horrible, and do have some stretch, but not like a plus size woman would want. If there was not another choice, I would choose these. I chose the Dickies extreme stretch contemporary over these mainly because of the higher waist fit. They are a little more comfortable, cover the rump even when bending down, but also very long. Those needed to be hemmed as well by 3". I needed the Khaki and the Black. Khaki in the Cherokee is a very light Khaki but not see through, and in the Dickies, they are a shade darker, but not brown, more of a medium colored Khaki. Hope this helped in answering all your questions for these pants. I know I like details when placing an order for clothing online. Looks like that is what is going to happen now with all the store closures. : - (

If you're sorta tall (5'7-5'10ish), go with your normal size (or a size up)! Do not size down!!
For reference, I'm 5'8" and probably 135-140lbs. I'm tall enough that the normal length is always too short, but the tall length is usually a little long. I typically wear a small or medium in athletic pants/shorts depending on the brand. I decided to buy these in a small originally because all of the reviews say to size down. The small fit, but the waist didn't come up very high, especially in the back. When I squat down in them, the waist in the back comes down super low and def risks flashing people. They were also too short, as expected. I decided to order the medium to see which I liked better. The waist on the medium is definitely much larger than the small, but the drawstring allows you to tie them as tight as you want, so it really is a nonissue for me. The waist comes up much higher on the mediums, though, which is great if you're taller and like higher-rise pants. I imagine if you have a bigger butt, you'd also want the higher waist. The length of the mediums is definitely at least an inch longer than the small, too, so they ended up being perfect. The size descriptions say each size has the same inseam length, but that's definitely not true.TLDR; if you're too tall for the regular length and too short for the tall length, consider ordering a size or two up in the regular lengthThey also aren't stretchy at all despite the name, so if you hate feeling restricted, definitely do not size down!

Good scrub pants
I have this style scrub pant in another color for my clinical rotations. They are basic scrub pants - not fitted or flattering, no stretch - but they wear well for 12hr shifts.I bought this scrub pant as part of a set but the matching top was a no-go, so returned.

Best plus size scrubs I’ve ever owned!
I love the flared bottoms more than I even thought I would. I hate wearing scrubs and being plus sized, because they are always so grumpy and unflattering. These bottoms amazingly give me a great shape. Further, they seem to made with durable materials. I’ve suffered through long work shifts in cheaply made, frumpy scrubs. These will save me from that for sure!

Comfortable
Ideal for wearing in a hot, busy kitchen. They have no stretch other than the waist band but are still comfortable and breathable. The only downside is that they attract every bit of lint and hair they come in contact with. I keep a lint roller to use before entering the kitchen

Largo
Es amplio para ser extra chico, pero da libertad de movimiento, lo largo es para una persona bajita mido 153 y me quedo perfecto, no lo recomendaría en esta talla para alguien más de 1.55

Good for a Nursing home resident
I bought these for a relative who resides in a nursing home and is in a wheelchair. These pants are spacious enough to accommodate catheter equipment and are easy to get on and off, for staff. They are cooler in hot weather, and have pockets, which some nursing home residents like for their "stuff" (makes them feel secure). Highly recommended!

Actual item size was 2 sizes up
My waist 37.5" Hips 45" Height 5.4ft. I read all the reviewers comments but not much help to make a good decision on what size should I get. Following the size chart I took XL. But actual XL pants hips was 52" instead of max 49" as stated in size chart. I paid SGD43.34 for the 1st scrub pants. If I chose to return I had to bear SGD20 return shipping fees. So I had it altered and paid SGD15. Size Large can fit but still on the loose side which I dislike, I sent back 3 of them for refund, rather lost SGD20 than get them altered. Finally I bought Medium, It fits nicely except the length still too long. I had them shortened 2.5" Material is soft and comfortable but non stretch. Color similar as advertised. If seller has provided accurate size chart, I wouldn't have to bear SGD47 in total for return shipping fees/alteration. With so many reviews complaining size chart inaccurate, I sincerely hope seller be responsible enough to update and provide an accurate size chart as per actual items sold. Usually 1-3cm difference in actual items is acceptable. For this I gave 3 stars.
