Do these have a transparent background around the flowers or is it white?

they are not transparent or white. you can see the sticker around the flower. its more like a hazy clear and they fell off the next day for me. I applied them to a latex painted, satin finish wall

Is it possible to get or buy just the last panel? It messed up when I was sticking it on the wall?

Is the design on both sides? I want to use on glass window/doors

I installed it on a wall. It is transparent looking and you can see the flowers from the back, so I would think it would look nice from the other side of a window.
