I walk to my local exercise class and need to take my yoga mat and some light weights. This is sturdy enough for the weights in the inside and the mat goes thru the outside open pocket. There is a zippered pocket inside w a good zipper and a roomy middle compartment. The material is sturdy canvas in an off white color, plain w no decorations. The stitching is good and looks like it will hold up well. Great, especially for the price of about $14 at time of purchase.

This does come wrinkled so I had to iron mine out. My 6mm rolled up yoga mat fits in the front cutout pouch plus there’s a baton of room inside the tote itself. It also has a zippered inner pouch. The stitching looks and feels that it will hold up for a while.

this bag does the job of holding standard thickness mat but would advise rolling mat tight and banding to keep it from expanding in the mat slot or else it limits roominess inside bag to store block and essentials. the bag itself is basic but seems durable enough for my intended use and the price was great!
