4.5/5 score.I had a WH-1000XM3 before so I bought this during the shopping season. It's different but still feels comfortable. It looks nicer. Sound quality wise, it's similar, but this is more open than the XM3. This is not good. It means people can hear what you are listening to.Xm3 doesn't have multi-point connection so it's a big jumb for me. This feature is a must for those with at least 2 devices. You can switch between any 2 devices and for me that's my 2 phones, corp and personal. I worried about the one not connecting to the headphone would leak the sound unintentional, but it's smart and won't do that. The unsounding phone would still play on it own but without any sound outside, as if it's muted.Sound quality is the only weak point of this headphone. Not to say it's bad, but just not as good as some other brands like Sennheiser. It's of similar quality as some other cheaper earbuds.It's ANC is among the best. It's so reliable when you travel and need to listen to anything on an airplane. not only because of the ANC, but also because it supports 3.5 mm headphone jack. So you never need to worry about the battery on international trips (but without battery the ANC won't work). This aspect is the same as the XM3. XM3 is still my goto headphone to use with my swtich.Quality wise, this is far better than a beats. I have some other Sony headphones, very old ones, plus the past XM3. They are all still perfect. On the other hand, Beats after the warranty period will start to deteriorate. The plastic on the earcup of my beats solo 3 was just like flakes and even though it could still play sound, it's totally not usable. I've only saw this problem in Beats, not in other brands including Sony.The case is bigger than 3 but more convenient since you don't need to fold. I like this one better. The stand is ok.

Great headphones. Light weight and comfortable to wear, good noise cancelling. The wood stand is nice and good quality.

The customer we ordered the headphones for said when she opened the box there was only a little wood stand but no headphones. She also said the box was unusually large for a head set.

The item arrived faster than expected and I truly love these headphones.

The headset appears to be authentic and works as promised. No complaints so far. I bought them here as opposed to an electronics store because they were guaranteed to be authentic and they came as a bundle that seemed useful. The metal stand is great but the cloth is too small - it’s literally something you’d use for eyeglasses. And the black hard case doesn’t fit the headset. I guess it’s unimportant because the headset came with a Sony case but I actually liked the idea of having a protective hard case for travel since this is a gift for my teen. The Sony one is soft and doesn’t seem as durable as the promised hard case.
