I am too old to be frustrated with a stupid bag
Bought two sets- one for hubs and one for my sister- my daughter and her hubs have a set so I know how good they are- but after I bought one for my trip with my sister I’m never going to have a bag that isn’t wonderful again! Lightweight, maneuvers easily and can pack a great deal in it. I watched my sister deal with her awful bag and couldn’t stand it. We are too dang old to be putting up with bags that aren’t great. Truly the cost is worth having no frustration with a bag…..

Unfortunately I came to Amazoo today to return these.
Travelpro put their name on these, but appears NONE of the quality they used to have on all of their products. I have no problems with the small carry on case, if it were just that piece I would have kept it. The larger case is just JUNK. Loaded, the wheels don't work on anything but the flattest, smoothest concrete. Even textured concrete would be a trial for them. On carpet just pick it up, and carry it.The zipper popped open with it just partially full. It split open about 18" long, around a bend and down one side, and most of the long side. Looking at the zipper before it looks like it had already sprung, before it did spring. Previously returned item, and not repaired?????I had it on a week long car trip, where I took it out 3 times, and I handled it every time it got moved, and I was being ridiculously careful with the springy zipper. I cannot imagine how bad it would have been ripped open under the careful handling the Apes of TSA, and the airlines would have given it.Begging forgiveness of all the others who talked of popped zippers, and broken wheels where I said not likely, and didn't heed their warning. This big case is a LOSER. Sadly it makes me suspect of all things Travelpro now.

Lightweight and cute too!
Just used to go to Mexico. Watched it bounce around on tarmac like a champ! Got a scuff mark or two, but magic eraser cleaned it up great!! SO MUCH ROOM! I opened up the zipper and had plenty of room for all those souvenirs!

Replacing Old Friends
I bought my first Travel Pro set in the 90s. Black softside. Thr large was cavernous and the small carry one was too small. Through new wheels to handles and zipper pulls . They were warriors. I had jobs where for years I travelled 2-3 weeks a month. They retired recently. Travel Pro has much more competition now, and still on the highend pricewise? Are they worth the premium.?Lightweight vs. Flimsy? It’s the elephant in the room? Stay tuned?Wheels and more wheels? They better last! The medium is still cavernous, but the small is better configured for space on the inside. The other Elephant in the room? Telescoping handle? Has TravelPro created the Holy Grail telescoping handle? Stay tuned.

PERFECT LUGGAGE
This luggage was absolutely perfect, the size was true, the colors looked the exact same. I love how much storage there is in these and I felt like it wasn’t heavy but a great amount of storage could fit in both.

Bumper broke off on first use
I like that these move well, and the storage is good, but the quality was much lower than other cheaper options I’ve used. I’m a business traveller so durability and quality is important.Customer service was not what I hoped for either. They put me through the ringer on questions and ultimately replaced the defective suitcase. They told me I would need to return the whole original set when I received the replacement (single suitcase replacement was not an option).I received the replacements, boxed up the 2 originals and realized they didn’t give me an address or return label.I reached out and they said you can keep the originals too. I guess that’s a win for most, but it was frustrating to me. Why the mixed messages? I go through a lot of luggage, and so them saying keep it was the same as saying it’s your problem now. Needless to say, it’s usable, but the durability is concerning.P.S. the full expansion is nice but man is it difficult to maneuver once in full expansion.

Seems to be well made and roomy.
I put them to use on trip to Vancouver and they held up great rolling them thru airports and skytrain . They also came with three bags for shoes , laundry, and stuff.

Cracked on first use
I ordered the carry on and medium size set. I loved the sleek look, feel, how it maneuvers, and what I thought was high quality (given the price). I read so many reviews before choosing this brand. While the carry on has lasted many trips, the medium size suitcase cracked on my FIRST trip where I used it (technically on trip home, so second flight set). Super disappointing craftsmanship and waste of money.
