I have had this installed for over a year now and it works great. Just remember to have an extra battery or 2 I leave mine in the car being a first responder and it will go through a battery ever month and a half or so. If you take the remote out of the car it last much longer. If you not comfortable installing electronics then I would pay someone to install it. Sometimes, you will see a cheap product and think, 'This must be of lesser quality and will give issues.' Well, this is not one of the buggy or cheaply made Products.The key fobs have a sleek design, which drew me to the product in the first place. I converted two of my cars to push to start, and these are what I used; they just work.I have never had the battery die on me. The flip-out metal is slim, slimmer than most keys, though.It always falls from me, but it still keeps strong. The alarm uses the main horn to beep; it is not a siren sound.It has a remote start option and a proximity sensor feature, two nice additions.I will always buy these.

Installation was pretty straightforward if you know the wiring of your vehicle. Everything works as it should. Took one star off because the PKE locks and unlocks constantly (should have a timer or delay of some sort) and instructions could use better translation.

Pretty easy to wire up if you know what you're doing but it requires you to leave a cut blank in the ignition and you have to go get other key blade blanks for the fob. I had a factory alarm in car so it would set off the alarm when unlocked. You have to use the push to start button and the worst thing is as soon as the door is unlocked or if you forgot to lock the door anyone can push the start button and drive off. The proximity feature barely works and constantly unlocks and locks . I had to wire it with relays so that if the door is left unlocked and someone presses the brake it will kill the car. The key also won't take over once the door is unlocked you need the push button to turn it on or off so I had to wire another relay so they key would take over without grinding the starter . They were so close with this alarm system they should have a option to not have a push button, to be able to kill the car with the brake in different situations until the key is in the car or in proximity and lastly key takeover

Works great, no need to walk to the Garage to start the car in the mornings. Just go Ind a signal to the car and you are good to go.

Too many issues proximity sensor doesn't work properly. I was told to have it installed by a professional and even the professionals told me it was not a good alarm it was cheap and so entry level. The horn o ly chirps you wouldn't even know your car is getting broken in to and when your inside the car the car locks and unlocks so I had to get rid of the proximity lock. That was the whole reason for getting the passive entry so in the end I return the unit

So I bought this on a whim because my Prestige alarm burnt out, and let me tell you rating can't express my love for this alarm. For reference I have a 94 4 door Suzuki Escudo and finally got me a push start for my Jeep. Installation was straight forward and it does what needs to be done!
