UBANTE Digital Electronic Micrometer with Large Display - Inch/Metric Conversion 0-1 "/ 0-25 mm Measuring Range, 0.00005" /0.001 mm Resolution, Orange/Gray

So far I'm very impressed with this micrometer. Resolution down to .00005, and it's very repeatable. I'm not a fan of the orange, but overall it seems robust and well built. Like all micrometers, it has a very limited range, but it'll have a spot in my inspection tool box and will be the go-to tool for anything under 1". Hoping Ubante starts selling larger micrometers up through 6". I kind of wish it had a vernier scale as a backup, but as long as the digital display keeps working and stays accurate, I'll be a happy camper.

This Ubante digital micrometer appears to be a well made product although I did have tor replace the battery when I received it, as the display was very faint as received - not a terribly big deal - probably sat in inventory for a while. I do prefer the all metal barrel with old-school vernier that can be read in a pinch if the battery goes south during a job, as opposed to many others around this price point that have plastic barrels. I also like the orange trim, making it easy to find among a pile of other tools.

seems to be a solid mic. It's better than the ubante calipers that I bought to go with it. I have been spoiled with a mitutoyo digimatic. It seems to be good for the price

No accurate,zero out the mic and open up and put 1" gauge in it to check accuracy and the analog dial is perfect. The digital reading is way off,and it changes every time you try to check it? Do not waste your money!

I like the precision, feel, and ease of use. One fault is that the device turns on with the slightest turn of the spindle; considering the sensitivity of this instrument, I often open the box to find it turned ON. I wish it would be on only when explicitly switched ON. Other than that one minor flaw, it's a fine device.

I'm satisfied with the product. Works quite well.

As a retired Machinist , I found this micrometer very simple to use . I needed something to measure my assortment of old drills . I was surprised to see it had everything I needed plus . The price I paid I never thought I was getting such a good accurate micrometer . I recommend this product to anyone who needs a micrometer that doesn't clean out your bank account .
