Very smooth. I use on everything I want to change up. Smoke is not too over powering. Even my kiddo like this.

Really lovely oil gives a smokey flavour, works really well when cooking in a tagine. Comes nicely packaged with additional cork you can pour through so it makes a lovely present, although once you e tasted it you may just want to keep it all to yourself!
