full speed 2000mbps on mac with thunderbolt 4 ports?

NO. I have this device and love it but on my Mac Studio with Thunderbolt 4 it tops out at about 785MB/s write and 885MB/s read. This is due to 2 reasons: USB 3.2 Gen. 2x2 required for 2K R/W is not supported on Thunderbolt 4 ports. I knew this up front and expected to get close to 1K R/W but the Mac's USB implementation has a limitation that keeps it from getting completely to 1K R/W. All that being said, it was still a great buy, works very well and I'm very happy with it.
