My father-in-law, retired army, taught me to use this to make delicious SOS. I only make it about once a month because I have high blood pressure. But it’s a great treat!

Of the instant gravy packs, this is one of my favorites. Use milk instead of just plain water. Then as the gravy thickens you can add some water to thin it out. Add black pepper, a sprinkle of paprika, and a dash or two or three of hot sauce for a slight kick. A sprinkle of chicken powder (bouillon) like Knorr adds incredible flavor. Cheers!

I brown and crumble about 1/2 pound of breakfast sausage and add to the gravy with any drippings and spoon over buttermilk biscuits for a southern U.S. delight at breakfast time...

I used to eat this as a kid when my mom was in a pinch and didn’t have time to make homemade. It’s changed over the years and is more bland than I recall. I’ve tried using less water to make the gravy less dilute and it doesn’t seem to change. It’s meh.

My grandfather absolutely loves this gravy but unfortunately it is not sold in Canadian stores. So, as a Christmas present, I bought him this gravy and made it for him with some biscuits, which made the tough straighfaced farmer I knew smile cheek to cheek with giddiness. Ive never seen him happier, thank you🩷

I have been buying this from the USA and am now glad its available here.. Sure hope it stays here now..

I loved it , I grew up in North Carolina and it reminded me of my moms gravy on our Sunday morning breakfast

The price is steep for a mediocre product. I bought this because I always wanted to try biscuits and gravy, especially due to the videos I see of people going insane over it. I didn't get that with my first bite. It was "ok". The list of ingredients in it also makes me wonder if there is anything that wasn't designed in a lab in this product. It's also made in usa. I'll stick to Canadian made gravies in the future, rather than an expensive mediocre product made in the states.
