Can you calibrate the thermometer readings?

I don't think so. My sole purpose for this station was to monitor the humidity in different locations where leaks during rain had occurred. They have been fairly accurate. I keep the first transmitter outside, out of sunlight.

The EM3390 indoor outdoor weather station is easy to set up. Please install batteries for the 3 remote sensors first, then power up the unit and wait for it to receive signals from the sensors. After that, you can refer to the manual to set the time zone, temperature/pressure unit, 12/24 time format, alarm alert, etc. according to your habits.

Can any let me know how to set the screen on all the time?

If the weather console is plugged into the power adapter, the backlight will always stay on, and you can adjust the brightness for 4 levels. If the console is powered by batteries only, the screen will stay on for 15 seconds to save power.
