Sturdy and works great
I absolutely love these plant stakes. So easy to write on. Fits in the ground easily and sturdy too. Just what I've been looking for. It's still too soon to tell if the ink will hold up in the hot Arizona sun, but so far so good. The ss stakes seem strong and hopefully won't deteriorate in a year like others.

Looks great in the garden!
I sought long and hard for these items. I wanted something that would look good in my garden, that would be easy to install/use, and that it would allow me to write in vs. having the signs pre-made. All of the above, I found in this product. I think they are great, look very good in my garden, and there are so many pieces that I don't think I need to buy new ones in a long time.

Perfect
So far so good! Nice height, so they are not lost in the foliage. Writing stays put through mega daily thunderstorms in rain forest. Adjustable. The only improvement I can think of right now would be if they came with a second thinner writing pen. I did order one separately.

Well made, not angled
Overall I'm happy with this purchase. The stakes are a good length but they do have a little more flex than anticipated so I had to position them a little deeper than expected for stability. The metal quality and thickness seems solid and is certainly waterproof. I used clear p-touch labels to make sure they would weather the season well. The images make these markers appear that they are angled which would make viewing a little easier - they are NOT angled. The face plates will only slide up to the angled portion of the stakes and, due to the angle of the top of the stakes and lack of angle of the holes on the face, they will not slide onto the angled portion. That said, there is nothing in the description to indicate one way or other so I hope this is helpful as I think the product image is a little misleading. They have already weathered some significant South Florida wind and rain and they have held up well and stayed in place. I like the large face - for reference the label on them is half an inch wide. It's a great size for my outdoor garden but would probably be too large for any pot 12" or smaller. At least in 6 months when I'm pulling out spent plants I'll know what plant is what.

I'm impressed
Took a chance on these labels since I always bought the zinc ones from another company. They arrived quickly, were packed well, and appear to be of good quality.I hope I can get a couple of years out of them with no rusting.

helps me remember the names
labels are perfect for identifying iris and lillies. I've ordered these twice. Sometimes I have to go back over the names because the marker tends to fade out. There 's usually enough of the name left that I can go over it again. Invaluable for me.

Well display for each plant variety
These waterproof 11-inch metal tags caught my eye as a durable and stylish solution for labeling my herbs, vegetables, and seedlings. Their silver color seemed to fit perfectly with the natural ambiance of my greenhouse. Upon inspection, I was impressed by their sturdy construction. Crafted entirely from stainless steel, they felt solid and ready to endure the outdoor elements. These labels proved to be more than just decorative. They served as useful tools for keeping track of planting dates and providing care instructions for each plant variety. Overall, they have not only met but exceeded my expectations. They're a practical and reliable addition to my gardening toolkit.

Useful
I think these Plant Markers will be very useful in my vegetable garden. Where I live, I still have to wait almost three months before I can get my garden -- and these markers -- in the ground, but I checked them over, and I see no reason why they shouldn't work very well. The "legs" are sturdy enough that they should penetrate the ground without difficulty. The label area is large enough to accommodate a simple, one- or two-word identification in a comfortable printing size, and the metal surface does accept the ink from the included marker. The marker is labelled as being permanent and water-proof. To test this, I wrote on one of the labels, gave the ink a while to dry, and then came back to it with a damp cloth. It did not even smudge. In one way, that is a good thing: it means that I can re-use these plant markers year after year, without having to re-write on the label area. However, it does also mean that I can't change that label, and so it will need to be just a simple, generic identification. If, for example, I plant two different varieties of green peas on two consecutive years, I won't be able to change details. At least, I won't be able to change details directly on the metal label area. I did try a small adaptation to the design. I was able to flip the metal label on the legs, and slide a strip of cardboard between the legs and the label area. In actual garden use, this would have to be a strip of plastic, or weather-proof tape. But it does mean that I will be able to change the label identification, if needed. It might improve the product just a little if the tips of the legs were pointed. Depending on the weather, the ground here can sometimes be almost as hard as concrete, and having that point on the legs might make it easier to push them down into the ground. I think they will work okay, though, as they are. Overall, this supply of plant markers is a big improvement over the strips of scrap wood I have used other years, and I am pleased with them. Love These!
I ordered these & they arrived fast. Came well packaged & with 1 white marker. I used all 30 signs it my garden (& orderedw it made my garden look-sell organized & neat. Love them! They’ve survived heavy rainstorms & intense heat & have had no issues. White writing needs alcohol to take it off. I would 100% buy again (I already did) & recommend to this who want to keep their garden looking neat & organized.

This was great for our garden noting to separate the plants and for the different gardeners to realize what they're growing to prevent overwatering or underwatering in one of our programs in our building.
