The Hideaway: A heartbreaking and absolutely gripping WW2 historical fiction novel

Absolutely brilliant book, loved the story loved the characters, couldn’t put it down, it was 2 stories in one book going between present day and 1945

Really did enjoy this book, lots of real life tragedies, the only thing l deducted a star was the ending, it should have had more time ? you will know what I mean, but l may be wrong.

I couldn't put the book down so lovely and heart breaking at the same time, how those people suffered, it's hard to comprehend but Heidis story WOWLoved every page

How do you write about such tragic times in such a profound and meaningful way, excellent….just took me by surprise, all of it.An amazing story of which there must have truly been millions in WW2.Thank you for writing The Hideaway
