Sits in the corner across the living room seating area from where I typically sit or lie down on the sofa to rest. The fan provides a gentle or full fan for e across the length of the couch even when lying down. It's out of the way compared to where I had to keep my old Vornado fan and provides a broader reach (though not as strong of a breeze). The remote for a fan cracks me up, but I have come to love it. My favorite part is that if I fall asleep on a chilly day, and I'd rather turn the fan off before tossing off the throw cover, it's so easy to save myself the mini chill by turning it off while still being turtled under the throw cover. Can also share the fan's breeze without getting up or up the fan if lying down to rest under the throw, etc. .... Don't care for the wind function due to the changes in sound levels. A great feature if the noise level were exceptionally low. Might work well if listening to a playlist or watching a loud show. Haven't tried that yet. Still keeping the "old" Vornado fan on the shelf for extra comfort on hot sweaty work days, but this tower fan has a lot of plusses for every day use. Love it! Thanks!

Have had this fan for a while and work great. It has a nice cool air flow and is a great size for a bedroom fan. We literally use this every night. The noise isnt to loud very soothing. Love that it has a remote!

Installing the base on the fan, putting the 2 connecting pieces could break if not handled correctly. Also inserting the battery in the remote was tough, too small to try to open. Other than fan the fan works great once you get over assembling it. PS: The box that was used to pack it was huge, looked like a 75" flat screen tv. Can they not find a better box to pack it in?

Very happy that I replaced my old tower fan with this one. 4 settings for wind strength (pushes a lot of air). Not too noisy. The remote is very handy.

Absolutely love this fan! It’s perfect for my room (and living room). I live in a mobile home, so it can get hot. This fan helps keep the room cool, and it’s not loud like a box fan (level 4 does get a little loud though, it doesn’t bother me though) I only paid about $58, definitely worth the money!

Update 1 year later: taking my review down to 1 star. The fan can only be operated on a level 1 maybe 2 at the highest (out of 4) because of the motor being so loud and pulsating. I think it’s likely slowly dying. I’d pass on this one if you want something that doesn’t sound like a clunky motor when you’re trying to sleep. Original review: Like many folks in the south, I cannot sleep without a fan. Even in the dead of winter! I really wanted something that wouldn’t take up too much room and would put out that lovely crisp air I need to fall sleep. I like the fact that this fan doesn’t take up a lot of room and the remote is super handy. But on full blast, which is how I like it, the motor is way too loud and often will wake me up. For the price, I’m just going to suck it up and use it until it dies but certainly wish the motor didn’t make so much noise. This video is after having it for a couple of months and after having it on for about 10 minutes.

Thought it would be great, but it’s really flimsy at the base. Also, the remote only works some of the time, even though I replaced the battery. It is noisier than expected, but it does put out a nice airflow at all 4 speeds. It was easy to put together.

I'm quite happy with this. Qith the heatwaves my room has been getting too hot, so I needed a taller fan than the box fan ive been using. I also wanted full tower airflow so my pets would stay cool, so i grabbed this fan as an affordable option. Airflow: The fan has very effective airflow, even up against the corner like i placed mine. It has a full 90 degtee rotation like the listing says, and cools my entire (small!) room enough that i dont need an AC in here. I am 100% happy with the cooling. Hardware and durability: the base does require a screwdriver to assemble, so please be aware. It was a very simple setup, and feels sturdy enough. By that I mean I dont think the fan will start leaning in 3 months (but i'll update if it does). Noise: it can be a bit lpud on higher settings, but i read the reviews ahead of time and knew that. I sleep with earbuds in so it hasnt bothered me at all. Remote: the supplied remote has an included battery and ive had np issues getting the fan to read the signal feom across the room. Easy to understand and clearly labeled buttons. No real complaints. I havent used the sleep mode as i specifically run it while asleep. ((I have severe hand tremors, please excuse any typos!))
