It took me and my wife probably a little over three hours to build. We weren’t rushing but it is a lengthy process. The Video and the manual instructions are a little different I recommend having both handy because the video I found has no sound. The manual clarifies some of the hardware needing to be used. The more room you have to work the easier building the bed base will be. We built ours inside our existing bed frame and it was a tight/perfect fit. However the cramped space made it a little difficult to put together. It takes more than one person if you follow the video instructions because you have to flip the frame over a couple of times. At first I was skeptical but once together it looked like the ones in the store. It works great with very smooth operation and is unbelievably quiet. We love it so far.

Greetings fellow Amazonians!I'm reviewing the product is the Twin XL Size Adjustable, Electronic Bed Metal Bedframe sold by SHA CERLIN purchased in early February of 2024.A bit of a background about me (as my background may align with yours): I'm an American, and I buy based on VALUE (i.e. good quality and functionality with a competitive price). With food costs having gone up 20-30%, I'm sure many fellow Americans understand where I am coming from (not to mention how exorbitant gas costs have gone up as well).I've used the Twin XL Size Adjustable Bedframe by SHA CERLIN for about a month now, and found it to FIT ALL MY NEEDS. It was easy to assembly (aside from the misaligned pre-drilled holes snafu), came with all the tools you need (although I would suggest a power screw to make the process much faster). The instructions were clear, and I was done in about an hour. As for every day use, it is great. There was not a time that the motor has stopped or froze which was one of my biggest concerns. The frame has never collapsed backwards when it was in an upright position, which was another concern of mine. It feels very sturdy, and I weight about 200 lbs. Overall, I WOULD PURCHASE THIS FRAME AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT.Here is my update with the issue of misaligned holes:After emailing the seller, SHA CERLIN, via Amazon, I was surprised when they responded to my email quickly (and on a weekend as well!). SHA CERLIN apologized for the mishap, and instead of offering to send me new boards with the drilled holes in the correct places, SHA CERLI offered me a partial refund of $80 for the twin size bed. I'm fairly handy (when I want to be), so I accepted their offer. Once I accepted, they promptly refunded me via Amazon, and I was very satisfied with the refund. I filled up the holes, waited for it to dry and re-drilled and sanded the holes. It did take a full day's work, but I was very happy with the outcome.Here is my first review of this product:I found that after assembling for about an hour, I discovered two of the wooden planks (M and N) have pre-drilled screw holes that do not match up with the position of the holes in the frame. Furthermore, I found that I can not simply drill new holes, because the current, drilled and misaligned holes overlie where the new holes would need to be! I would I'm very disappointed and can not recommend this bed, because customers can not set it up with the way it current is!

First let's just say this box is so dang heavy it's unreal. You're gonna need a dolly to move it around. 142 pounds and it's TALL! So it's awkward. This is not for women to handle at all. Once you get it into the room you're going to use it in there are a ton, and I do mean a ton of parts. Make sure your phone or Ipad is charged before you start because you can't assemble this without the video on U Tube and that's so wrong. My son assembled this for me and he's got some engineering background and even he said the directions were the worst he'd ever seen. Working pretty fast it still took about 2.5 hours to assemble. This is NOT a quick project. You have to flip this whole thing over toward the end of the install and that's not very easy. You really need two people to do this because things are not totally tightened up at this point so it's awkward.Now once it's done also be aware that it will NOT attach directly to your headboard. If your headboard used to attach to a set of king rails like mine did you're going to have to figure something else out. That was a surprise too.When it was finally all together the product is good, sturdy and quiet like they say. Just know what you're getting into before you purchase this.

Tried one to these to help with sleep issues and it is great. no more acid reflux, and if I wake in the night needing to toos a bit, I just make a litlle adjustment and the night starts all over again. Who knew a slight angle change could put be back into a slumber? Works smoothly, endless adjustments, easy enough to install. /even moved it from one house to another fully assembled without a problem and it still works perfectly.

I had a terrible experience with this seller. The bed I ordered arrived with a defective part (part Q) that had Velcro on the wrong side, making it impossible to complete the assembly. This issue caused significant delays and additional costs as I had to reschedule my handyman and now have to pay him again.When I reported the problem, the seller initially suggested I fix it myself and offered a meager $40 partial refund. After some back and forth and following their instructions, I injured myself trying to fix the issue. I also had to order a heavy duty stapler for wood trying to fix the issue which seller has refused to compensate as well.The seller also refused to accept any of my counteroffers which were only fair. Throughout the process, the seller was unhelpful and did not seem to have good intentions to resolve the issue satisfactorily.I would not recommend purchasing from this seller due to their poor customer service and lack of accountability.
