Great Purchase
I'm a huge fan of the Conjuring movies and of Valek the Nun from those movies and also the Nun movie itself. I bought this costume last year for halloween and only wore it once. I went to Amazon and found this Mannequin to use to display this costume in my den. The Mannequin arrived undamaged and was a breeze to assemble, my 9 year old assembled it. It very sturdy and is very lightweight, had this thing out of the box and together in 5 minutes. Very happy with the purchase it will suit what I wanted it for just fine.

Works well
Needed a mannequin for a costume display. This worked well. For an inexpensive mannequin, we were happy with the form. Helping a young author with a display and the mannequin held up in wind and medium rain. We did use some string across the top of the boot with stakes to hold him steady in the wind (see photo). We had brought the bricks to use at first, but couldn't get the weight in the right location. The string and 6" stakes worked well. Those wings only weigh about 4 pounds. I read about people using various mixes to fill the hollow legs, but it would have required us to cut a hole and we didn't want to do that. Plus it would increase the weight of the mannequin and it needs to be hauled around. Author was going to try making some flower pots filled with concrete to use at indoor events to weight him correctly. I haven't heard if that worked, but it should.

Better than expected
For the price of this mannequin, itโs better than I expected. Assembles easily, stands upright correctly. Iโm using it occasionally for things related to Halloween. If youโre going to be manipulating it a lot for any reason, this one might not be sturdy enough for you. But if youโre using it intermittently or will put something on it and let it stay that way, it should work well. I keep her disassembled in a large laundry bag when not in use. Not exactly compact, but it is a small human-sized mannequin, so not surprising. To make a floating Halloween ghost I: - used this mannequin (minus the arms, for creepy factor) - wrapped completely in plastic wrap [[ASIN: B00HVY48RE Zipsafe Sealwrap, 12" x 2000']] - covered the plastic wrap in clear packing tape. Where needed for additional structure / strength, I taped the inside as well - removed the ghost from the mannequin by cutting straight up one entire side - peeled it off like a shell - with easier access to the head now that there was a cut up a side, as sheโd be hanging outside, I taped the inside of her head up well for strength and added strong fishing line sticking out the top of her head - then I taped up the cut side of her body and - tied the line around a tall branch in our big tree out front. She hung out there for weeks, no problems with wind or rain. Has my review been of help to you? If so, would you consider hitting the "helpful" button below? I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

The Pros and Cons Even Out
The Price Is Great. The Mannequin Looks Great. Dressing her is sometimes very easy. A Lot of People have given some great reviews about the experience of this mannequin; ESPECIALLY: 1. There are rough bump/dots throughout the body that DO snag your clothes. I have had to put little bits of tape over them, they WILL ruin your clothes. it seems like maybe they are there to adhere to a piece of fabric for someone that is trying to make a garment. It is probably GREAT for dressmakers, tailors, designers. 2. You do have to pop the arm(s) off and on to put many of the garments on--this can get exhausting, you have to fidget fidget fidget. and since the mannequin is so light-weight, it makes putting the arms back on that much more difficult, because there is no counter-weight. 3. The mannequin is sturdy....but not for long. I think maybe the screw underneath the platform needs to be tightened, which would be a quick fix. one would just need to go to the hardware store to find a hex key large enough. i dont have the model in front of me at the moment (sorry, bad timing. i'll update this if i can) 4. Portability. I am short and small and relatively weak, so the light weight of the mannequin is a blessing. i can easily carry the mannequin and set it anywhere. So. I use this mannequin to display clothing for my online boutique. it works well for that. the slighter higher priced, more upscale, plaster-cast mannequin i have works much better, and shows the clothes off better too. I assume that this mannequin is great for making clothing. Its like the three little bears, not too hot, not too cold, just right. โญ๏ธ Its definitely a worthwhile purchase, whatever you use it for.

Great for the price
I wanted a temporary cheap mannequin for my home to use while I'm remodeling my studio/store. She turned out better than expected. Everyone who has been in my house that saw her said they were suprised by the price. She has a realistic face and her head moves. Her body size is the same as the more expensive manniquins I own. You do have to take her arms off to change tops, unlike my other manniquins you can lift the arms up and slide the tops on and off. If you try that with this one the arms will just fall off. It doesn't bother me though. The one thing that is a pain is putting pants or shorts on her. It gets a bit annoying having to unscrew the support from the legs. If you are going to be changing bottoms on the manniquins frequently for an online store I would suggest something different to save your own sanity because it's time consuming. I bought a half body. You can use a half body or a leg form. Unless I'm photographing a dress I keep her in the same pair of jeans. You have to make sure she's on the support just right or else she leans forward. Those are my only hangups about this. And again for the price, I really can't complain much. It's suprisingly sturdy. I've dropped her down my stairs twice. Her torso, arms, and head all fell off but nothing broke and there were no dents or marks anywhere. Which is pretty good considering it's hardwood floor and I've sprained my own ankle on them. HA! Just so everyone knows, there is no wig included. I bought mine at an estate sale. In conclusion it's not perfect, but it is excellent for the price. I didn't think it would last but it is and she will be on display in my shop. Anyway I wanted to do a detailed review on this so I hope it helped.

Great Photography Model
This mannequin is perfect for what I needed for product photography. I bought a $10 wig on Amazon, and the mannequin looks perfect. My one complaint is that I bought this specific model because it stated the torso could be used flat on a surface for a tabletop display. That is not what was sent to me - the torso has a plug that sticks down/out beneath the torso. I made a workaround using a cardboard box as a base beneath the torso, but I want folks to know the description is inaccurate. I've dressed the mannequin once - I haven't had issues with arms falling off, etc. Maybe that happens after a lot of uses changing clothes. The mannequin is stable, and light, and I'm really happy with my purchase.

Overall good just hard to stand
The quality of the mannequin is good and the assembly was easy too. Just a bit hard to keep it standing. Could have used better ways to attach it to the ground

We Call Her Sam!
For Christmas my 10 year old daughter wanted one major gift, a full -size mannequin! I tried to talk her into a child- sized mannequin. Which would probably have been much creepier, but she held firm to wanting the adult mannequin as a model for the clothes that she wanted to make. Well, I found this mannequin for a great price, and she has been awesome. I also ordered a curly wig for her. My daughter named her Sam, short for Samantha. I will say that for the first week or so, Sam gave me a heart attack about 3 times a day. Early in the morning, I would enter the kitchen and there was a 6' person standing near the pantry. Coming in from the garage in the afternoon, I almost run into a 6' woman in my kitchen. Late at night, grabbing a glass of water, I see a shadowy figure standing in the dark kitchen... you get where I am going with this. Sam was scary. But, as things would have it, she is now a part of the family and I can't remember what life was before we had her.

Perfect for Sellers! Great Quality Stuff ๐
Fabulous manequin! Arrived promptly, was super easy to assemble. High quality materials: limbs, joints, everything. Nice features, very human life face with gorgeous eyelashes. Pleasant looking thing. It is sturdy for this type of product. Not shaky. Purchased for clothing sales and I am very pleased. Highly recommend!

great value with detailed face
This mannequin is great value with a few considerations. It is rare to find a full sized mannequin at this price point. This comes in sections so the box is smaller and its easier to transport. The base is solid steel and has a nice brushed finish. The rod from the base to the mannequin is steel but the supports are plastic. The base is not too wide but it is heavy. Assembly is easy with only 6 pieces. Once assembled he is tall at over 6ft. The pieces go together easily and lock in place with some pivoting. The connects are plastic so hopefully they wont wear down over time - this depends on how much assembly/disassembly is being done. Because of the pose the legs are close together and this can be a problem if you need to thread something between the legs. The arms assembly and pivot easily. There is no hinging at the elbow. One thing to consider is that the fingers are not separated and moulding all together with the thumb. The hands look fine with lots of knuckle details but you cannot place gloves on this mannequin because the fingers are not separated. The head is separate and very well detailed but slightly feminine because of the full lips and long lashes. The eyes are extremely detailed with glossy pupils. The head will pivot on the neck but the neck is very large and slightly out of proportion. Overall I am happy with this Mannequin and will be purchasing another at this price point. Other similar mannequins are $300+

The fingers are not separated
Beautiful โค๏ธ.It arrived pretty fast, packaged with care,no scratches or imperfections, easy to assemble.I love itโค๏ธ.Note: the fingers on the hands are not separated- I was looking for one with fingers separated but you can't tell from the picture. But I love the shape and the face(very expressive),soo I am happy with itโค๏ธ.๐Also,the metal plaque under the feet,is not smooth on the sides, it's got rough ridges and also a bit sharp and you can cut yourself, but it can be easily smoothed out with sandpaper. And if the metal is sprayed with alcohol,it stains.I managed to remove the stains with a whool cloth, but is better not to use alcohol.

Face/Head disproportionately small and ... feminine
The face did not really resemble the picture, great quality, HUGE though and head looks small for the body and looks like a woman with bad collagen lips and even more so when I put a wig on him, good thing I don't really need face for pictures. Eyes are very real looking, kinda creepy.

Uncle Bob to us
Very good mannequin. So lifelike you'll think he's family! Word of caution; try not to soil yourself the first few times you come around a corner and unexpectedly see a 6 foot 2 giant standing in your space.
