Bought them to brace / cushion loose bed frame against wall to prevent damage to the wall. Worked better than expected, the yoga block texture grips the wall a bit, perfectly fits behind the framing so it nestles in and is hidden, completely absorbs pressure so the bed doesn’t squeak and the wall stays in tact. Awesome. ### ⭐⭐ not crazy about these *by E***D on Reviewed in the United States on July 18, 2017* Not so crazy about these. Lots of imperfections on the cut edges. Density feels inconsistent... some parts of the block squish in really easily (I can make visible indented fingerprints) while other spots don't. Color is as depicted (Rose). On the plus side, they were inexpensive. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well Made - Light but Durable *by E***S on Reviewed in the United States on January 29, 2022* I purchased these to use for an exercise routine I am doing to help eliminate chronic pain I have in a few areas. More than one of the exercises I am performing require the use of some sort of block or step that ranges from 4" to 8" in height. I was using various cardboard boxes I got from past Amazon orders, but they were a little too flimsy and tended to get crushed too easily or slide out of place. Plus I did not have two that were the same size - which is hard to believe really since the Amazon van stops at my house at least three times a week.These are made for what I am doing so work out much better. I am usually using the 4 or 6 inch dimension and they are very stable in that configuration - easily supporting the weight of my arms and legs with no problem. They are well made from a dense foam that is not slippery which I like since some of the positions I get in create a lateral pressure which could cause them to slide out of position if the material were smoother. I like that the corners are beveled too which will prevent them from chipping which should in turn help them to last longer.I did not purchase these specifically for yoga, but I do practice yoga and these are perfect for that purpose. They could easily be thrown in a gym bag for a trip to the yoga studio. I am very pleased with the purchase. They are well made from durable material, look good and are a great value.
