Very good cookbook a real bargain. Beautiful pictures. Recipes are clear and easy to follow. Put off a bit because of cover picture but the recipes are very good.

As a huge fan of the Neiman Marcus cafes, I had been trying to find this book which appeared to be out of print. I was mostly looking for the chicken salad recipe which is the most popular recipe from the cafes. I was excited to find a "new" copy. Regardless of the partially-removed box book store price sticker and slit open plastic shrink wrap, the book jacket was on upside down and back inside cover pages have food stains which I guess adds to the appeal of a cookbook that's been loved. I've purchased vintage cookbooks with charming food stains. The rest of the pages of this book are in good enough shape. I'll keep it.

Great cook book. Loved the recipes and pictures were great too. Loved to just flip through it the night before and decide what I would make the next day. Love it!
