Adult Electric Scooter with Dual Motors, 2000W, Foldable, Black, 31 MPH & 38 Miles

We bought two of these scooters and both of them broke after using them just a handful of times. The company would not let us order parts for these scooters or tell us where to get parts. I spent hours on the phone dealing with people from China who consistently told me my scooters were not broken. One had a broken throttle and the other one had a broken tire. Finally Amazon got involved. The company told me they would ship me parts and never did. They sent me a personal text saying they wouldn’t ship me any parts and I could purchase them myself. The worst part, Amazon supported that seller and their dirty way of doing business and not backing up their products. Now I have invested almost 2000 in scooters and haven’t been able to use them. Amazon promised refunds and never came through. Now I have the scooter company calling me and telling me I can purchase parts. Do yourself a favor and go with another scooter company.

This product will not go 35 on flat ground nor would I want it to.I have managed to get up to 26 on flat ground and it scoots right along.Second day driving it I will report more on it going into the future.I can already say I wish it had a way to easily swap out batteries and charge them independent of the scooter.Update some scum bag ripped the scooter off out of my car but left the charger. I'm devastated.Beware electric bikes and scooters are HIGH theft items.

The Scooter came useless, not working at all, tried to contact customer service and they told me it was a "Fuse" they emailed me saying that they will send a new fuse and don't contact through Amazon. So, I did, next thing they said they will send the fuse, I'm still waiting for it. And nothing, they are waiting for the month return policy to be over so I can't return it, Worst experience ever, very frustrating. Don't buy....

This is a great quality scooter for the price mine goes 29 mph I had it 30 down hill but I will say uphill it doesn’t loose power. Be careful when getting on and off turn the power off if you have your hand on throttle you are asking for trouble 👿

Strongest scooter I've ever owned but I feel like it should've been able to do 35 like it says. I'm 168 lbs so this thing should be able to handle that much. The brakes kept getting stuck after pressing it and still continues to do that even after adjustments. Very disappointed with this scooter even though the torque was good.
