I fist started by checking the cells of each pack. Both lipos had perfectly balanced cells at storage voltage right out of the box. I charged the lipos and gave them a rip. They functioned flawlessly and balanced charged to 4.19v per cell. After my second run I did notice that one cell (cell 6 on pack #2) was not balancing. I also started to see some slight puffing going on vis cell 6 on my pack #2. The cell was also showing very high resistance ohm's. I tried running the pack through multiple storage charging and recharge cycles but this didn't help. I contacted the seller and notified them of the issue. In less then 12hrs they had gotten back to me. After looking over the pics and data I sent, they made the call to send me a whole new 2 pack of lipos. I was blown away with the excellent customer service they provided. I've had the opportunity now to run the lipos and they perform great. Really strong lipos! I will be purchasing more and recommend giving them a try. For the price, they are a great option. I will update my durability rating after I see how the packs holds up with time.
