I purchased the Asalbert Avocado Oil 5 Liters as a replacement for ghee butter, and it worked wonderfully! J'utilise l'huile d'avocat car elle a de meilleures propriétés que des huiles plus couramment vendues. Elle est onéreuse mais on peut en mettre très peu sur les aliments ou dans la salade. Je l'emploie surtout dans mon air fryer quotidiennement. Elle ne donne pas de goût aux préparations. C'est parfait !
