Been using for a few weeks now with no issues. Personally I use HomeKit flawlessly, Alexa was a bit more tricky to configure.

Quite pleased when I first got the 4 pack SmartPlugs, used them for all the hard-to-get-at sockets for lights around the flat; connected easily, showed up on both iPhone and iPad, so great for shutting off all the lights at bedtime.Then progressively they started to show as not available on the app. A reset would sort it for a while, though annoying as the plugs were all awkward to reach. Then a reset no longer worked, and I had to delete the plug completely, factory reset and reinstall. Now one of the plugs is completely unresponsive, a second refuses to connect to the app and the other two will show on first connection, then go offline.All in all, a complete waste of money.

These plugs so far are ok - as long as they are setup, left well alone and just used. But I won't be buying again for a few reasons:- If they lose power e.g. you just turn off the socket they are plugged into, then they can no longer be connected to in the app and you have to remove them entirely and go through the whole setup procedure again.- Setup is not intuitive and instructions are poor- Physically they are just too large - when plugged in they overlap the switch to turn the socket on/off, and don't expect to be able to use them next to another used socket in a multi way extensionAfter having used Amazon's own smart plug, this is a huge step down.

I've been using these for 6 months now, they work very well and I've never had any connectivity issues.

It took me a couple of hours to set the first 3 up, only to find that the last one didn’t work. The resolution? I had to send all 4 back, wait for a refund and start all over again.UPDATE!!The company have offered a partial refund. I was disappointed with the faulty socket, but I cannot fault they customer service. Excellent.

Easy to install and switch on my lights remotely anywhere in the world.

I couldn't get this to connect. Instructions were the size of a postage stamp and made it difficult to read.Returned.

Works instantly with Apple Home app takes a few minutes. They are fabulous and you can control it from your phone are the best thing I ever bought xx😎
