LOVE the design and the other designs by this company. Love the price- figured the acrylic yarn would be acceptable. Did not object to the acrylic yarn. I love needlework and was hoping for an engaging project. The instructions were tough to follow/poorly explained for a beginner (I am beginner only at needlepoint; other needlework I have at least moderate experience.) I didn't want to struggle with instructions; I wanted to dive in so that was a drag- they definitely could have been made more clear. Then once I started I found it too boring and ungainly to finish. Maybe if instructions clearer I wouldn't have lost patience. Also the pre-threading of the yarn into the side of the project before starting was horrifically tedious. And all that yarn attached to the edge made the the project super bulky, awkward and ungainly to work on. If these complaints were improved, I would definitely try one of these again or would have completed this one. Too bad; going in garbage,

It was a delight to work on the design. I loved the outcome. It represents the picture accurately.
