The torch is easy to use, and the smoking lid fits most glasses. Once you get the hang of it, it is easy to make the smoke settle into the glass, and the included cover helps you to keep the smoke inside the glass for as long as you like. The included tongs and whiskey stones are a nice touch if you like to chill your drink without diluting it at all with ice. A perfect gift for any whiskey drinker in your life!

For starters, I barley drink but do have a nice selection for company. It looks amazing when the smoke is sitting in the glass and out can definitely smell it. Not sure if I tasted anything as well as the other people I did it for but you can smell it every time you take a sip. From the few times I have used it, it looks like you have to have a heaping spoon or two regular spoon fulls to make this work well.Make sure you have butane, I didn't read that I needed it but fortunately I always have some in house so it wasn't a big deal

This is a lovely kit. The smoker fits on top of the glass eliminating the need for another sort of smoking cover. Lots of flavors of chips and a little goes a very long way. Don't overdo it as it can be overpowering!Well packaged and the stainless ice cubes are great for not getting your drink watered down.

I actually love this set. The packaging is beautiful and it makes such a classy, cool gift. My husband absolutely loved it and we were so excited to try it out, only to find out the torch isn't working. There's no type of gauge to tell how much butane is in it. Regardless, after I got some in there I could never get the torch to light. Just that clicking noise when I push the trigger. Any advice?? I really don't want to have to send this whole box back :(

I use this kit to smoke my glasses for bourbon and whiskey cocktails. It just takes the drinks to the next level, and the torch is good for getting the oils out of orange peels to rub in the edge of the glass. The metal stones are great too as they don’t water the drink down and are small enough not to worry about cracking the glass. You can smell the difference of each type of chip when used on the glass, they don’t just smell like a campfire. They all have a great aroma that enhances the drink

My husband loves this smoker kit and enjoys trying out all the different chips and trying combinations. Great item, with the purchase!
