Yes 52 dried reapers Mince all solids and cook like a normal chili oil (search a recipe) Now this package advertised 25 dried peppers. There were probably triple that in this package. I caution you, Wear a mask when chopping these peppers. Wear one when you are cooking them. Wear one when you open the dishwasher with all the dishes used in the process mid cycle. I wore a mask while processing this chili oil, but not when I opened the dishwasher to throw something in after the cycle started. I effing maced myself. It vaporized the chili oil and maced me. At least my sinuses were clear. Anyway, I will buy these again when I run out.
