Is there a bagless version or reusable bags. Environment and all

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. At the moment we don't offer such a version.

Why does my Deebot constantly bump against the edges of my rug and not vacuum over it. It does not have the mop unit attached to it.

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. If it's a high pile rug then the deebot may be detecting it as an obstacle. As such the deebot is only suited to clean low-med pile carpets. Also, if the carpet is of a very dark color it may be recognizing it as a drop and hence not moving forward. You could try cover the anti drop sensors under the deebot (provided there is no drop from which the deebot could actually fall) to check if it solves the issue.

Is the mopping function OK for laminate flooring?

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. The mopping is suitable for various floor surfaces. However, if it's quite a high gloss finish you may notice some streaks left behind initially, immediately after mopping.

I have mainly lamination through my house and some carpet does it hoover on laminated flooring?

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out with your query. Yes, it does hoover on laminated floor.
