I have food sensitivity so these fit for me. Easy to make and taste good. Yum. Enjoy them warm. My go to when I want a healthy indulgence. I use silicone cupcake holders so easier.

Not worth the price. Texture is rubbery, flavor is unpleasant. It was easy to make but honestly don’t even want to eat them. I’m not super super picky with my keto breads textures as long as they at LEAST taste good. But this wasn’t worth the calories, so into the trash it goes. Their brownies are way better.

This is a good alternative to regular blueberry muffins if you are on a low carb ,keto or diabetic. The texture will be different from a regular muffin of course. They come moist and firm . I like to add more blueberries to mine. I make them for breakfast.
