This isn’t as described. It’s a rubber flex boot that measurements are actually 3”X3.5”. Disappointed because of the description, the packaging even described it as square! See the photos. Flexible rubber. Worked fine. Couldn't find one at the local home improvement store that would fit -- this one fit the bill.

I added a picture that they should have put on AMazon website- I would not have wasted money on this- I thought it would connect 2" round downspout to 3" Drain- It won't. Sorry if the picture is not clear.
